Las habitaciones solamente se alquilan a 1 persona, trabajador/a y tranquilo/a. La duración mínima es de 6 semanas. El deposito es medio alquiler. Y la regla de oro: no se permiten visítas! Esto es para garantizar la paz, tranquilidad y seguridad en nuestro hogar.

All rooms are completely furnished and each one has its own charm. They are all equipped with: A/C and ventilator, LCD TV, wireless internet, bedsheets and furniture.
Conditions: We only rent to 1 person. Minimum stay is 6 weeks. The deposit is half a rent. And the golden rule: no visitors! For our own tranquility and security, we must prohibit guests.
Zimmer 3: US$ 490.00, privater Balkon, TV LCD, Schreibtisch, Einbauschrank, Klimaanlage.
Alle Zimmer sind komplett möbliert. Jedes Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit: Klimaanlage und Ventilator, einem LCD Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss, Wireless Internetzugang, Bettwäsche und div. Möbel.
Konditionen: Die Zimmer werden nur an 1 Person vermietet. Die Mindestdauer ist 6 Wochen. Das Depot beträgt eine halbe Monatsmiete. Und unsere goldene Regel: keine Besucher! Dies geschieht vor allem, um Ruhe und die eigene Sicherheit in unserem Heim zu garantieren.
